PuroSPIN™ Large Sample Volume MINI Silica Columns Assembly are designed for application when a larger sample volume needs to be added to a MINI spin column. The assembly includes a capless MINI spin column, 25 mL extension adapter, and a collection tube. When in the assembled state, the sample is loaded onto the column + the adapter using a vacuum manifold. The MINI column can then be separated and used by itself in a standard centrifuge for washing and final sample elution steps.
